IMPROVEMENTS


QMSV3-692: Display historical data for a selected user or document in Competence reports.


We’ve expanded the Competence Reports to provide greater insight and traceability by including historical data.


You can now find historical connections in the following reports:


Competence Report 6: Reading Status for One User

Competence Report 7: Reading Status for One Document


By activating the new Include historical entries option, the reports will display both active and historical connections (e.g. roles, requirements, documents). This ensures that any previous links are visible if the related objects still exist in the system.




A new column called Historical has been added to the reports, indicated with a clock-icon if the entry is historical.

QMSV3-711: Comments on training performed


You can now add a comment when registering completed training to describe how the training was performed. For example: classroom course, SOP walkthrough, or other types of training. Comments can be added for both individual employees and when using the bulk registration function.

All comments will also be visible in the Training Log reports, ensuring better traceability of how training has been conducted.
