There are two ways to set up a document training requirement:

A - Enable required training when approving a document

B - Enable or disable required training in the Document properties


A - Enable required training when approving a document

  1. To find your To approve documents from the To Do Panel, click the To approve text.
  2. To open a document awaiting approval, click the document in the Documents side panel.
  3. To enable training, click the Arrow icon to open the Document approval popup and click the Documented training is required button.
  4. To add trainers, click the Search trainers dropdown menu and either select or search for the required individual(s).
  5. To complete the document approval, and enabling of required documented training, click the Approve button.
  6. The document is now approved and the required training can be assigned to roles.




B - Enable or disable required training in the document properties

The document now requires training, and the document can be assigned to roles.

  1. To enable or disable required training from the document properties, open the document. Then click the Menu icon and click the Document properties option. The Document properties can also be accessed from the

  2. To enable or disable that documented training is required, click the Document training is required button. To add trainers, click the Search trainers dropdown menu and either select or search for the required individual(s).
  3. To confirm the changes, click the Save button.
