Consequences and risk score settings can be found under "Admin tools" and "Data Sets" and the tab "Deviations"


Here it is possible to add, change and modify the content to suit your company.


Inside a deviation you can add 1 or more consequences, and based on the input and data sets it calculates a risk score for the deviations.
