You then need to select the destination folder for the deviation, where it belongs.
It is also possible to add a deviation from the main menu:
Select the folder where the deviation belongs
make sure you are in the "Deviations" tab
Click on the "+" at the bottom of the page
Describe the deviation:
- Add title
- Add description
- Select responsible person
- Select date for when it occured or was discovered
- Select type of deviation - incident is default
- You can also add media
- CREATE
When you have selected create, the deviation is still in "registration" status and you must fill in more information about categories and consequences.
You can add additional descriptions to the deviation by using the "Add additional description" - field
