1. Hoover the mouse over the picture to activate the functionality
2. Click the icon in the middle of the top bar:
3. Use the arrows in the bottom bar to rotate picture left/right (yellow circle) and then click the "V" (red square)
4. You can also use the slider (blue square) to zoom in/out on the picture.
