If you prefer to have text read aloud instead of reading on screen, you can use the built-in functionality in your browser:

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open the page you want to listen to.

  2. Right-click anywhere on the page. Hover over Move tools and select Read aloud. Alternatively, from the tool bar, hover over More tools and click Read aloud in the top toolbar.

  3. Use the controls to pause, skip, or change the voice.

Google Chrome

Chrome does not include a built-in reader by default, but you can:

  • Install free extensions such as Select to Speak or Screen Reader from the Chrome Web Store.

  • On a Chromebook, enable Select to Speak in Accessibility settings.
