Filtering fixed for API-report. Should now give correct results and filtering.

NSO-14013

Report 7 (competence) – wrong status color for documents with expired read time

Documents that were not read by the due date were sometimes shown with a yellow status. This issue has now been fixed, so status colors are displayed correctly and match the reading status. 

Note that certain documents may become available for reading in ToDo or My Documents due to the correction of the status of the competence documents.

A fix has been added to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

Wrong status color for documents with expired reading in document-overview

Documents with read within overdue have appeared with yellow status. Is now fixed so status colors will appear correctly and match reading status.

For one customer: Filter stops at point in the organization – not able to fully expand

Edge-case for one customer. Is fixed so filtering is available in all departments in organization-structure.

Co-signing option is missing after receiving notification

Issue where co-signers receive notification that there is a document waiting for co-sign – but when going into RamBase QMS no documents are waiting for co-sign.

Fixed so that co-signing option for co-signer appears correctly.

Co-sign is not provided on document as expected

When a document was set up with conditional co-sign, the co-signer closest in department-structure did not receive the notification.

Behavior corrected so that co-signer in user’s departments gets the notification and conditional co-sign functions properly.

Reports – archived users not visible in excel file

When marking “include archived users” in competence-report 2,4,6 and 8 – users only appeared in QMS-report and not in excel.

Corrected so that archived users also appear in excel-report.

Wrong dates in co-signing in report

In report 7 in competence date for co-sign appeared incorrectly.

Is corrected so that date appears correctly.

My roles – wrong status on requirement

In my roles: If all documents in requirement had status yellow, requirement showed status red. Fixed so that color-status matches.

NSO-14051

Not able to create department with the same name as a deleted department

Fixed so that admins can create new department with same name as a previously deleted department.

NSO-14078

“Read within” on already read document without “read frequency”

After competence-refactor, some users have gotten document “to read again”, even though it has been read before and document has no reading frequency set up.

Fixed so that users don’t get document in their reading list if it’s already been read.
