Settings for Categories can be found under "Admin tools" and "Data Sets"


You select categories to be able to sort the deviations and actions for statistics and follow up.


Add new category type

Click on + (Add item)


  • Add category name


Select if the category should:

  • be mandatory or not
  • have multi select choices
  • be valid for deviations, action or both



  • Add the wanted translations
  • Click "SAVE"


Then you add categories (choices) to the category type:

  • Select Add category
  • Add title
  • Add short name (optional) - the short name will appear in the title
  • Add translation
  • Click "Save"
