The permissions for deviations and actions are related to Make (Create a deviation) and Process.
Make deviation / action:
- Read - access to read a deviation or action
- Create - access to create a new deviation or action
- Edit - access to edit a deviation or action
- Archive - access to archive a deviation or action (actions with status Closed)
- Delete - access to delete a deviation or action
Important
To delete a Deviation the user must be a system administrator. Alternatively, the creator can delete it, but the Deviation must be in Status - Registration.
Process deviation / action:
- Deviation - be responsible for the deviation by doing the cause analysis and set causes
- Action - be responsible for the action and do the evaluation
